Harvest

Life assumed,
into infinite
oblivion
she drank the magic
and called it
sweet

an intertwining road,
one of a few short
paths,
and forks
that dictate
the way

grasping at the alternate,
an insanity
the same as
time

Take this chance,
and confront uncertainty
remember this fusion,
the one of progression
into the unknown

a fellow in time,
and he forgot
it was a dream,
the concrete of
reality
challenged him

though in the synergy,
and liquid
of oceanic light
she birthed
a new one,

the ancient serpent
who rose,
